Set a goal to be the Bexst. Create a system to make you the BEXST.
What ever you do: Run – Ride – Lift if you create a goal without a system to achieve it it will end with incomplete results. My Goal is a 100 mile MTB ride at altitude. My system is daily training simulating those conditions. I mark the daily progress both in my weight and training distances and physical output. I ride to be my Bexst and when I train I make sure I find the BEXST in inside.
