30-Day Returns
Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of receipt if they are unworn, unused, tagged, and in original packaging.

1-Year Defect Coverage
Manufacturing defects are fully covered for one year from the date of purchase under normal use.

Do-Over Coverage
Lost, stolen, broken, or destroyed sunglasses may qualify for a one-time replacement through our Do-Over program.

Option 1
Request a return through your account
Log in, locate your order, choose the item you want to return, select a reason, and submit your request.
If approved, you’ll receive instructions or a downloadable shipping label.
Option 2
Email customer service
Use a clear subject line, such as "Return Request – [Your Order Number]."
Include your full name, order number, item names or SKUs, and the reason for return.
If the item arrived damaged, attach 1–2 photos to help speed approval.

Defect warranty exclusions
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, lens wear, and fading
- Misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Damage from extreme heat, chemicals, or harsh environments
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Lost or stolen items under the defect warranty (these fall under Do-Over instead)
- Prescription lenses
