Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of receipt if they are unworn, unused, tagged, and in original packaging.

Manufacturing defects are fully covered for one year from the date of purchase under normal use.

Returns

30-day return policy

How long do I have to request a return?
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
What items are eligible for return?
To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How do I start a return?
Contact us at customerservice@bexst.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Where do returns need to be sent?
Approved returns will receive an email containing a prepaid mailing label.
Can I send an item back without requesting a return first?
No. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What cannot be returned

  • Print-on-demand items
  • Custom products such as special orders or personalized items
  • Personal care goods
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale & clearance items
  • Gift cards

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Fastest way to get what you want

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union

14-day cooling-off period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Items must still be unworn or unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

How refunds are processed

When will I know if my refund is approved?
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund is approved.
How is the refund issued?
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method.
How long does it take?
Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after approval, though your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
What if it’s been too long?
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact customerservice@bexst.com.

Two ways to begin a return

Option 1

Request a return through your account

Log in, locate your order, choose the item you want to return, select a reason, and submit your request.

If approved, you’ll receive instructions or a downloadable shipping label.

Option 2

Email customer service

Use a clear subject line, such as "Return Request – [Your Order Number]."

Include your full name, order number, item names or SKUs, and the reason for return.

If the item arrived damaged, attach 1–2 photos to help speed approval.

1-Year No-Hassle Defect Warranty

Covered against manufacturing defects under normal use

What defects are covered?
  • Frame structural failures
  • Lens coating defects such as peeling, bubbling, or delamination
  • Hinge or hardware malfunctions
What will BEXST do if there is a defect?
If the issue qualifies, we will repair your sunglasses or replace them with a new or equivalent pair.
Do I need to send them back right away?
In most cases, a quick photo is all we need to review the issue. If a return is required, we’ll guide you through the process.

Limited Lifetime Support

Support that continues after year one

What does “limited lifetime support” mean?
After the first year, if a manufacturing defect appears later, you may still qualify for continued support for the reasonable lifetime of the product.
What kind of support may be offered?
Depending on the situation, you may qualify for a reduced fixed-price replacement or a one-time courtesy replacement.
What does “lifetime” mean here?
“Lifetime” refers to the normal usable life of the product based on materials and typical use.

The BEXST Do-Over Warranty

Because life happens

What is covered under Do-Over?
If your sunglasses are lost, stolen, broken, or destroyed, you may qualify for a one-time replacement through the Do-Over program.
How do I qualify?
Share your story publicly on Instagram, X, YouTube, Facebook, or a similar platform, include photos or video if possible, send us the link, and provide proof of purchase.
What do I get if approved?
You’ll receive a replacement pair of the same style if available, or a comparable style selected by us.
What does it cost?
The Do-Over replacement uses a flat $25 fee to cover shipping, handling, and processing.
Can I use it more than once?
No. The Do-Over program is valid once per original purchase.

What’s Not Covered

Defect warranty exclusions

  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, lens wear, and fading
  • Misuse, abuse, or neglect
  • Damage from extreme heat, chemicals, or harsh environments
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Lost or stolen items under the defect warranty (these fall under Do-Over instead)
  • Prescription lenses
