I have been mountain bike riding regularly for 38 years. That’s right. My first bike did not even have front fork suspension. Having the right gear has become essential for full enjoyment and competition. Eye wear is mandatory for eye protection but I have always had issues until Bexst Nixie made it to the top. The photo is only a few of my recent current attempts at both comfortable and effective eyewear. Some attempts have even given me vertigo due to poor lens quality.

I must say that the Nixie (Twin lens) is the first pair I have ever had that made me forget I am wearing eye protection. Best of all, they do not make my ears or head hurt over time. Just yesterday I was in a race on a very humid day with sweat running off me. I was pleasantly surprised when the glasses did not fog up or streak and they are not too close but just close enough to be effective.

After 38 years I have finally found a pair of biking glasses that I am more than satisfied with.
